When a purchase is made on the platform, Asset Avenue facilitates the transaction between the buyer and the seller. We do not own or control the assets listed by users and are not responsible for the quality, legality, or accuracy of the items sold.

Payments: Asset Avenue uses a third-party payment processor to handle transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor. We are not responsible for payment processing issues.

Fees: Asset Avenue will charge a transaction fee for sales conducted on the platform. The total percentage of Asset Avenue is 20% of any sale mad on our website and will be deducted automatically to Asset Avenue form the seller’s total asset price.

6. Refunds and Returns

Asset Avenue provides no guarantees on refunds. Refunds or returns are at the discretion of the seller and should be clearly stated in the product listing. In the case of a dispute, Asset Avenue may act as a mediator but does not guarantee a resolution.
